It is built as a wooden chalet retaining the mild weather during hot days and harmoniously blending with the nature. Wooden surface and the surrounding tree clad environment with 28C all day long helps to invest more time in practicing yoga intensely and longer.
The resort has a wonderful swimming pool on the wooden deck to take a dip as you wish. All rooms are en-suite bathrooms with hot water showers. The resort has lovely staff who prepare the meals and rest assure to maintain its cleanliness and safety.

Yoga Retreat In Sri Lanka Itinerary (10 days)
Day 1 – Puttalam (2:15hrs drive) On arrival you will be welcome and transfer you to Mud House an eco retreat.
Day 2 & 8 – Kurunegala (1 :15hrs drive) Transfer you to Ulpotha for a week long yoga retreat.
Day 9 – Negombo (2:45hrs drive) Transfers to Negombo a day before departure. Enjoy one more Ayurveda treat while you prepare to leave. Accommodation – Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilion.
Day 10 – Day of departure (20mins drive to the airport) Your accommodation will be on a full board basis.
