With 10 years experience of organising Weddings abroad we are able to recognise some of the most Frequently Ask Questions that the couples need to know in order for them to make a decision if this is what they want to do.

Here are the answers to some of these questions.

Will my Wedding be Legal and recognised as such in the UK?

Any wedding organised by RTC Travel will be legal and recognised as such in the UK.

Will the organisation of the wedding be very complex and involve a lot of work?

All the paperwork and documentation will be dealt with by us and our suppliers.

Can I have a wedding at very short notice?

Yes, but this is will depend where you wish to get married, most countries have a minimum time that has to be spent in the country.

Can you give me some idea of the countries which will allow me to get married quickly?

Las Vegas tends to be one of the most popular venues for quick weddings, with only 24 hours residence in Las Vegas required before the wedding. Other popular countries for quick weddings are the Caribbean between 1 and 4 days, before the wedding. Most resorts will require a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Will I be able to be involved in planning of my wedding day?

Yes, the venue of your wedding will provide a wedding coordinator who will discuss with you all your requirements.

Will I be allowed extra luggage allowance to take my wedding dress etc?

This will depend on the airline that you travel on.

Do I need my own witnesses or can they be provided at the resort?

The resort will provide witnesses if you require them but if you have family and friends going with you, they can be your witnesses.

The big question. What will it cost?

That depends on what you want. Cost can range from around £300 to £3000 and more. Some resorts will offer free weddings provided certain conditions relating to accommodation is met.
