How about a Yoga retreat?
Would you like to escape the day to day routine, just imagining relaxing and unwinding in Sri Lankan's pure Yoga retreat. It detaches you from the modern world creating clarity for you to practise nothing but yoga for a period of one week.
It is built as a wooden chalet retaining the mild weather during hot days and harmoniously blending with the nature. Wooden surface and the surrounding tree clad environment with 28C all day long helps to invest more time in practising yoga intensely and longer.
The resort has a wonderful swimming pool on the wooden deck to take a dip as you wish. All rooms are en-suite bathrooms with hot water showers. The resort has lovely staff who prepare the meals and rest assure to maintain its clean and safety.

A day at the retreat
Sunrise yoga session from 6:00am – 7:30am
Breakfast – fruits and herbal drink
10am – 11:30 – Yoga teaching theory, philosophy followed by a Q & A
Lunch – vegetarian. Meals cooked using local organic vegetables and fruits with local cuisine.
One Dessert a day – fruits
Drink – sweet coconuts given during the day time
leisure or meditation at will.
5:00pm – 6:30 sunset yoga
7pm – vegetarian dinner with desert

Yoga Retreat In Sri Lanka Itinerary ( 10 days)
Day 1 – Puttalam (2:15hrs drive)
On arrival you will be welcome and transfer you to Mud House an eco retreat.
Day 2 & 8 – Kurunegala (1 :15hrs drive)
Transfer you to Ulpotha for a week long yoga retreat.
Day 9 – Negombo (2:45hrs drive)
Transfers to Negombo a day before departure. Enjoy one more Ayurveda treat while you prepare to leave.
Accommodation – Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilion.
Day 10 – Day of depature (20mins drive to the airport)
Your accommodation will be on a full board basis.
Luxury Surf & Yoga Camp
The camp will be held in July 2017 when Arugam Bays at it's prime condition for surfing. Arugam Bays is located in the pristine east coast of Sri Lanka, and as some may call it "Sri Lanka's exoticism at it's best!"
The camp consists of 7 intensive surf lessons followed by 7 intensive yoga lessons. Surf lessons will be conducted by a team of local experts who are ISA ( the worldwide peak surfing body ) qualified instructors.
The camp can accommodate a maximum of 10 pax at a time and there will be two surf instructors at a time along with other assistants to make sure each client.
The Yoga lessons are conducted by a highly qualified Swiss yoga teacher named Tora, whom we believe as fortunate to have her as our yoga teacher.
