What is an electronic ticket?

Electronic, rather than paper, tickets are now issued by a majority of airlines and have the advantage that they cannot be lost or stolen. No physical documentation is issued. Instead you take a copy of your flight itinerary to the airport with you in order to check-in and receive your boarding pass.

If you have booked a flight or flight-inclusive package your package is ATOL protected and you will receive an ATOL Certificate at time of booking.

Normally the full balance of a holiday is due 12 weeks prior to departure, this can vary depending on tour operators requirements.
